A good price for this particular set if it suits your needs and you want metric and imperial. I'll be using it for electronic equipment repair.
I looked at this set in store last week and saw it was made in Taiwan. To my eye the Taiwan tools in the yellow tins are better finished than the Chinese ones in plastic cases.
depends what people need, and already have, if you fix bikes, 1/4" is great, if you fix trucks 1/2" is great, if you fix BMW cars, 3/8" is great.
Also if you need deep sockets, and double hex or single hex. 1/2" deep single hex can get bulky if you only need smaller sizes.
But yeah ….. be nicer to get a bigger metric set than the included rarely used imperial sizes

Removing and replacing the bolt only needs 20nm, can i just use the "normal" wrench instead?
You can use a "normal" wrench to remove it no problem, even tightening it can be done with a normal wrench. But with fastening it you might under or over fasten and it may fall out or you could break it off if you over do it. have a look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XzKvEnk1FY
