  • Isnt the standard head already good? I wonder why they have this? o.0

Standard head is terrible in comparison to this.

      • orly??? I thought it's pretty good…

Hmmmmmmm Should I buy or not…..

        • +1

Definitely buy it if you have a lot of carpeted areas. Picks up a lot more stuff. It also very easy to open up the head and give it a clean out once a month.

        • @Powershopz: I can definitely vouch for this as well. Awesome product I paid full price.

        • @Powershopz: It's good but it requires untangling a lot. If you catch some string or hair, it will tangle with the brush head and stop it from spinning.

        • @lostn: I've never had mine get stuck but it certainly does gather long strands of hair/string. I use a combination of stanley knife/scissors/fingers/vacuum tube for suction to clean it all out once a month.

@Powershopz: The string will impede the spinning. Maybe not right away but in less than a month you should notice it no longer spinning.

I try to minimize it by removing the head and sucking it through the tube if I see something on the ground that will get caught in the rotating brush.

That's the downside of turbo heads.

Dust will also cling to the bristles instead of being sucked in. I frequently pick the dust off the bristles using my fingers, dump it onto the carpet in a pile, then suck it up through the tube before replacing the turbo head.

For me the standard one doesn't pick up hair, lint, etc as well as this one with the rotating brush

    • If you have a Miele and use it on carpet you should have a turbo head for it. Makes a big difference.

This deal is OK if you already have the vacuum cleaner but when I bought my vacuum cleaner in store I haggled with the store person and ended up getting this for ~$80.
