  Why do people keep posting EB deals priced for new accounts? Is everyone going to make 10 accounts (requiring 10 email addresses) for a single purchase each?

    The gmail + trick works, so only need 1 email. But new account, which does take up to about another 1 min if you include adding a shipping address, confirming email and adding avatar. Avatar and confirming email get you an extra 40c US off if it's a more expensive product.

      Do you use a dedicated email address for EB purchases, or give them your main email?

      I would hate to get 10 times the spam for 10 accounts. I unsubscribe and still get their spam. Lucky I didn't use my main email address.

      I would prefer if EB posts would keep the normal price, and add a footnote in the post to remind people of the $2 points for new accounts. That way there's no guessing needed if prices are viewed at a glance without clicking on the post.

        I use my main email, but I did set up filtering because the spam was annoying. So my purchases go to one folder and the spam goes to another. I only see emails from Everbuying if I go looking for them.

        Generally speaking, without the new account bonus, they wouldn't be cheaper than places like AliExpress. So they have to utilise that discount in order to have the cheapest price advertised on here.

        Without it, there would be far more negs ;)
