Try and get the best you can afford.
For example, avoid the cheap Sennheisers. But their higher priced ones have good reviews. You can buy cheap Philips two packs but they're pretty ordinary. They're infrared. Find some that are 2.4ghz to avoid dropouts.
These Philips headphones are Bluetooth. I doubt your TV has Bluetooth. Unless it has some receiver that you can plug into your TV I'm guessing these are designed to be used with a computer or phone that have Bluetooth built in.
