Is DWI reliable? I checked out their reviews, seem many users have issues of long delivery date and faulty / second hand phone selling as brand new? cheers

I won't buy from them after reading so many BAD reviews within the last 3 months.

Product review is very one sided for the most part.
Well its true that more people post about a negative experiences, however I've heard of plenty of clear scamming from this site where they use tactics such as dragging out problems beyond dispute time-frames so you can't act etc. among the many refurbs, clearly used and/or broken devices that they sell as new. You can through warranty our the window too.
Probably not worth the risk but to each their own.
Have purchased several cameras and a drone from them over the years with no problems (all up probably $4000+ worth of gear). My last purchase was 6+ months ago, perhaps things have deteriorated since then.
I just bought two Nexus 5Xs from them. One is fine, obviously brand new. The other I'm pretty sure is a refurb, the box wasn't sealed, it wasn't well packed and was missing an instruction book. The proximity sensor also doesn't work.
Dealing with their warranty dept has been a nightmare - you can't call or live chat, email only. And they take a day to reply, so communicating takes ages. They've finally taken it back but claim nothing's wrong with it, despite a video I took that clearly shows the fault.
I'm pretty disappointed because I thought they were one of the better grey sellers. Fortunately I paid with PayPal, as I'm about to open a dispute.
Damn, they jacked the price of the gear s2 classic up. Was $359. Now $375.. Interesting that 5% off brings it back to $360.
They were already cheapest for camera lenses. Should be heaps of deals off this
jacked price up on the 17mm f1.7 oly, might as well just use the everyday $10 fb like coupon.
The DJI Phantom 4 for $1850 would be the stand out deal if they had stock….
They are a terrible store for returns. If you have any issue, you're screwed. Not recommended.
Non repeat customer here, bought new, received referb'd camera. They didn't want a bar of it. No communication, no buy flag…..
