You can't keep applying promo's each month to your existing subscription. You only get to use 1 promo per ledger, so it isn't the "normal price" as it only really applies to new ledgers. Perhaps it's the "normal" introductory price for new ledgers if that's what you mean.

There's no way that I'm aware of to apply codes to existing subscriptions unfortunately. Promos only apply to new ledgers.
