Important Announcement: Please consider that in my experience the Banggood warranty guarantee is complete BS . They are currently wasting my time and avoiding dealing with my claim for something DOA ( this is the second time in a row). Of course you may be lucky and get something that works! Happy shopping

I've never had a problem with their warranty or DOA products, yes you have to push them sometimes but what do you expect when you're buying products so cheap and there are so many people out there who try and rip them off.

You've provided no details aside from some ambiguous claims so your negative is unwarranted.

      • I thought BG is banned from OzB for shady practices…

Edit: nevermind, that's Gearbest. Info on cheap Chinese product websites: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/wiki/list_of_buying_sites

I'm not trying to defend them but I felt I must share my positive experience. I had a DOA 12v car USB charger. They not only sent me a brand new one, but also totally refunded my purchase!

I was totally happy to be refunded or the item to be replaced, but they did both. Not only that, I suppose they got confused when I was corresponding through email, but they refunded the amount I paid in USD - due to the exchange rate, they actually ended up giving me more than I paid for. I promptly returned the extra value and that was the end of it.

Our correspondence was prompt and they were quite helpful. I couldn't be happier.

I'm not claiming that they're always perfect, but wanted to share a really good experience.

    • I've never had a problem with Banggood.

  • Wow I can't imagine how bad this instrument would sound…

Wow I can't imagine how bad this instrument would sound…

For many people it doesn't matter if they spend $20 or $2000 it will always sound rubbish. For some people this can sound like a $2000 bugle. It's a poor tradesman who blames his tools.

      • I'm sure even the best trumpeter wouldn't be able to make this sound good. It is made of plastic FFS!
The assertion of "No difference in the tone quality of brass trumpet" is complete BS. False advertising - just ask any musician!
Would a tradesman be considered poor for blaming his tool if it were a plastic hammer, for example?? How would that tool compare to a proper, metal one?

  • I always get told off for blowing the bugle around the house.

      You mean beagle, right?

      • He blew the big brown bugle and the stench was blamed on the beagle.

  • Is this a new version of the vuvuzela?

    • It will be now…

  • Soooo… ordered one for my boy, arrived smashed. Never had a problem with banggood in the past, curious to see how this pans out…
