I'm abit confused, as the prices online at HN seems to be almost identical to the prices at JB online (even after the 15% off).
So essentially, the HN deal is just the extra 10% giftcards which you get back, as it seems JB already has the 15% priced into their RRP.
Thing is, I was in JB (Perth, Annex 100 store) yesterday, and the sales guy told me that they were having up to 20% off the ticketed priced of Surface Pro 4s till the end of the month. I wasn't paying attention to the prices then, but might have to pop down again before lunch to do some research.

ok. Quick update to this.
Went into JB HiFi store and their tickets prices are higher than their online store.
Salesperson did a little story on the great discount I'm getting from the tickets price, and had to use his little gun thingy to calculate the "up to 20% discounted price"… which worked out to be exactly what is listed on both HN and JB's websites.
In summary, this is a good deal (vs JB prices), as you get the 10% back in giftcards (which you can use against the keyboard) and can stack it with the amex deal for $50bucks credit (if you signed up).

As far as I know, Microsoft are having a 20% off sale across all of their retailers.
I can vouch for the great deals as the i7 model listed here is actually $20 or so below what we pay for these things WHOLESALE.
