Paypal dispute…the longer you leave it , the worse it will get. That's unacceptable for a retail store.
You can't use a paypal dispute for something that develops problems months after purchase.
Correct me if wrong, PayPal requires to raise a dispute within 45 days and then file a claim within a further 20?

Are you saying you can raise a paypal dispute on an item that develops a problem(s) after say 5 months. I highly doubt it.
I have done just that. Opened dispute with paypal 2 days ago. I'll update the outcome. The whole situation is silly really.
Is this the good model? H791 model that has 4G compatibility?
good question, it says 700mhz, BUT the 700 used in the USA isn't 'tthe same as Australia (band 28 700 mhz).

I am still going with my RMA. Been 8 weeks now. Haven't had a response from them in 10 days.
They are quick with the sale but if something goes wrong then you will have a mixed bag of an experience with RMA. Some people say they are great. Many say they are crap.
My experience is the latter. They aren't particularly following their own terms and conditions. Seems that they make it up as they go.
I'm still hoping for a resolution but can't see it happening in the short term
