I drive past this place all the time but I'm not exactly sure where to park and enter their shop instead of the factory….

MONDAY TO SATURDAY, FROM 7.00AM TO 4.00PM according to website. There's a car park on site ,entry from side street.
You need to turn off the Hume Highway onto the street which I forget the name of. It should be a no through road. Towards the end there is a boomgate operated by a security guard which you have to pass through in order to get to the parking area.
That's a cheap price for a butcher shop. But whereabouts in NSW is Bacon Chullora?
Just be aware this bacon is "budget bacon" and not your usual rasher or shortcut bacon. I always buy shortcut bacon now - actually works out cheaper than rasher bacon when you cut the fat/rind off. Weigh a piece of rasher bacon then cut the fat/rind off and weigh it again - you'll find it weighs 30-50% of the actual bacon you paid for! I usually buy shortcut bacon for $9-12/kg when on special which makes it better value still (probably on par per kg of actual bacon as this "budget bacon").
FYI - Woolworths has Hans Short Cut Bacon 750g for $6.80 ($9.07/kg) this week. My Woolies also has Australian RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets (skin off) for $7/kg this week also
