    Interesting. Looked it up and it has a couple of cons: cannot be flashed with open source firmware and no port forwarding. But if you just need a cheap basic router, it's fine.

    • That's correct, the modem should be removed from the write-up. The vendor's web page is even more misleading, it mentions DSL/Cable in the title. It just has a WAN port that's all.

      • The term "DSL/Cable router" is perfectly acceptable. It's merely informing the consumer that it is capable of routing from a DSL/cable modem.

        But yes, the "wireless G modem/Router" in the info needs to be removed ASAP.

  • does not support DD-WRT, no port forward as well?
    better router is available for similar price i guess.
