nup.. got the ipad version. Even in the link here it says in app purchases. This is not the original version.
And after you finish the second level you get a full screen video ad.

I must've coughed up the $1.49 way back when as it says I already had downloaded the app before. Obviously I have subsequently deleted it. Angry Birds is soooo iPhone 3GS.

Well.. I think referring to it as the "original angry birds" isn't quite right. I know I wouldn't have bothered had this been made clear.
It is the original Angry Birds, the first one.
Nothing like the one I originally played way back when. If you had an ad between each level of a free download of doom would you consider it the "original" doom?

For a 'paid version' you expect ads to be removed. This is so full of ads its ridiculous.I plus voted and have since revoked, but like others here I wish I could neg. This is definitely not the deal it pretends to be. Sorry OP, not an attack on you… but I hate it when publishers try to fool people like this.

So many Full Screen Ads and way too often. This should not have been listed as a bargain. The ads are extremely annoying.
I just had a look at my iTunes library and Rovio has turned the paid version of Angry birds (1) into this ad & IAP encrusted monstrosity. Now I am glad I haven't updated it since 2014…
