There is no mention about it, but its available on selected deals so i think there is no minimum spend.
The minimum deal I could find was $19 for family photos so would bring it down to $9. Most of the other deals were online courses and $100 experiences.

These are all the deals no one usually bothers to click on.
Most of them are service deals with sneaky gotchas. so be careful and dont get emotional looking at that $10 off.
I tried a few cheap deals ($8-$16) and none applied to this VIP10 code.
