any 22 cm strap from ebay should fit, I have a LG Urband, which uses the same size and I bought one mesh shark from ebay then fit without issue.
Not any 22mm. The Huawei watch requires an 18mm band, although they will look quite thin. The supplied band goes from 18 to 22mm; that is, it has an 18mm attachment, but soon extends out to 22mm. For metal bands, you need to ensure they have a quick release attachment. You would be best off search for "huawei watch steel band" and buying a third party one specifically designed for this watch.
I believe these cheapest on eBay is about $16, although I ordered it an they refunded me because customs wouldn't accept it into the country. I'm not sure how true that is; maybe they just didn't have stock. If the one you buy doesn't come with a band link removal tool, then buy one of them too so you can adjust the size of the band. They should only be a $1 or so.

Was easy to adjust and put in as it comes with the adjustment kit too, looks identical as far as i can tell.
I am very happy with it, as you can easily switch out the leather to metal whenever you want.

Any suggestion for third party Stainless steel link band, can't justify to pay extra $60
