  • thanks for posting! can you please add dates in title?

I got very excited thinking it was on currently

  • +1

My cleanser recommendation is Neutrogena Naturals Purifying. Gentle and not expensive. I don't wear makeup though, so can't comment on removal efficiency.
Can anyone recommend a terrific hand cream for very dry hands?
    Love this sale btw

    • +3

Try Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Hand Cream:
      https://www.priceline.com.au/neutrogena-norwegian-formula-ha…

Great for very dry hands. Some might find it a bit greasy but it absorbs fairly quickly.

      • Thanks fortunecookies. Yes, I'm using that at the moment but they're still very dry (lifelong issue)….maybe the poor things are destined to remain so :-(

        • +4

Have you tried the QV hand cream?

        • +5

Aveenos quite nice, even the normal body moisturiser.

        • +2

perhaps try putting heel balm on them at night?

        • @tonester:
          Good suggestions, thanks all

        • +2

@Hen: I use the hamilton skinactive urederm 10% urea cream, have the same issue and have used it for years

        • Yes, plus those white cotton gloves on top!

        • Try emu oil

        • +3

I know this doesn't really relate to the Priceline sale, but it does relate to dry hands. I myself have dry hands too..I started using The Body Shop Hemp Hand protector and found that it was much better.

        • Have you tried the QV hand cream?

@Jar Jar Binks: I have tried looking for it not being discounted but failed almost every time.

        • @virhlpool: The Mrs used to get hers from Chemist warehouse

        • +3

Be wary of using heel balms as some contain wool fat which can irritate your skin. The 10% urea creams are the best but I recommend Calmurid which has 10% urea and 5% Lactic acid (increases the amount of water in the skin and makes it softer). Best thing is to apply three times a day, especially after washing your hands. In extreme cases, you can apply a "generous" amount at night before you go to bed and then wrap you hands in glad wrap. This method works well also for cracked heels (using heel balms). You should also have a simple moisturiser with you so you can apply between the Calmurid if you wash your hands more than 3 times a day.

        • @Jar Jar Binks: Non-discounted? I always find it discounted.

        • +3

          @bargainhunter27:

Yes I agree, I havn't used Hemp for sometime, but it is fantastic, and great for many uses, cradle cap, cracked heals, etc, highly recommended.

        • +3

@bargainhunter27: I agree with the body shop hemp products including the lip balm. I get it shipped in from the UK body shop for over half the price here using a local friend.

        • @OldBugger: I didn't know they had a lip balm and my lips are super dry right now due to this cold weather..I'll have to check that out. Cheers!

      • +2

wonder if this includes the Burts bees, I love the cuticle cream so will try the hand cream too.

    • +1

Neutrogena naturals purifying cleanser was the first cleanser I've thrown away after two uses. I thought it did a crap job at getting rid of makeup, on top of that, it produced such a uncomfortable tingling effect. No one else in the family wanted it.

As for hand cream, I like the aveeno one. hand creams probably won't help much unless you apply it often, you can squirt some into a jar or travel pump and take it out with you.

    • +2

Have you tried the DU'IT tough hands intensive skin repair? Great for people who does a lot of washing, using chemicals, cement etc.

    • +2

      Kenkay extra relief cream.

    • +2

Have you thought about protecting your hands during the day from elements. Think about what exposure they get during the day (outdoors, water etc) and think how you can protect them. After that most of the recommendations here should work. If not then better see your GP and get some professional advice.

    • +1

When my hands are really dry, I use du'it tough hands. Works well for me and the scent is really great too. https://www.priceline.com.au/brand/duit/du-it-tough-hands-in…

    • +1

I feel like I've tried millions of hand creams - across the entire spectrum. The best one that's made a real difference to my ultra dry skin is Dermeze ointment (at night), and Dermeze thick cream during the day. Both of them create a barrier around your skin. Next best is d'ui hand cream for short term help. Also, consider switching to soap-free hand and shower washes - this alone made a huge difference for me!

    • +1

Sukin hand cream is good and always onsale.

I started using Dove Soap as my cleanser and haven't looked back.
      Best thing is it's $1 a bar!

    • Thanks everyone for the great hand cream suggestions. I will grab a bunch during this sale to try out.

    • +1

Try La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Repairing Cream
      https://www.priceline.com.au/la-roche-posay-cicaplast-mains-…
It works very well and non-greasy, even my mum who has very dry and cracked skin find it helps a lot with her cracked skin.

    • I have had good results using Lanisoh branded HPA Lanolin overnight in cotton gloves, my hands get very dry & rough as I wash them frequently during the day. I also use it during the day as a spot treatment on especially dry patches. Bonus you can also use it as a really great lip balm!

  • I use soap.

    • +8

      Good for you.

    • +15

Make sure you don't drop it

  • +2

    Anyone suggest any cleansers?

    Dove Beauty Bar.

    • Can't +1 this enough!

I swapped and haven't looked back.

  • Anyone knows what brands are included?

  • Awesome. Thanks for the deal.
Great timing will get me some Billie Goat Soap face cleanser, mines just about to run out.
I recommend for anyone that has oily skin, the stronger chemical brands make mine even more oily.

  • Doesn't align with the deal but just a reminder to those with AMEX Platinum Edge cards from the Priceline deal last year that the 10pts/$ is expiring on 29 July.

Edit: ignore me… That was yesterday so it's already expired!

  • +6

    OP - Any cream cleanser.

Is it wrong that I'm sad that I don't need anything? Already fully stocked with a suitcase full of stuff.

    Recommendations
    - Botanica's Olive Oil Serum
    - Sukin Night Cream
    - Nivea in Shower Body Lotion
    - Burt's Bees Lip Balm
    - La Roche-Posay 50+ Ultra Light Sunscreen
    - Cheap wipes e.g. FOA for the bag

    • +1

Keen to try Botani Serum and Sukin Night Cream. Any recommendations for eye cream?

      • +2

Sukin night cream is really nice. Very moisturising but a bit thick so don't over apply.

      • +1

I'm also looking for a good eye serum. Any suggestions

    • I'm not too sure on cream cleansers because I wear makeup. Is there one in particular you would recommend?

      • If you have dry skin then cream day/night, or if you prefer just at night. I have dry/oily/crazy combo and I use the Clinque one, it's for acne though.

  • +2

comeonnnnnn still waiting for the haircare promo!

    • +1

Wasn't that a month or two ago? You'll be waiting awhile for the next one I think unfortunately

  • +3

I love Garnier Micellar water! works really well for me. Thanks for posting, time to stock up!

  • +1

Woohoo I looove these priceline sales! My favourite is the Derma E Vitamin A Glycolic Cleanser, really gentle and effective on unclogging my pores. Cant wait to stock up again :)

    • You've found that cleanser at priceline? Of the 10 priceline stores I've visited, none of them stock or even have space/tag of that red label range.

      • +1

Call HQ and ask for stock check.

        • +1

FYI for anyone interested, I contacted Priceline HQ. They said they don't range that specific cleanser at any of their priceline and priceline pharmacy stores. They confirmed with their buying team.

          iHerb it is.

  • Out of curiosity where did you find this picture btw?

  • thanks op
i recommend QV cleanser very gentle
    also Neutrogena body lotion

    • Anyone that has an epic recommendation for bad pores let me know please!! Don't think any of these over the counter ones will ever do anything though

      • +1

New one out from Paula's Choice… specifically targets pores. Haven't tried yet…can use referral code also

      • +1

Are you trying to clean them or shrink them? Nothing can shrink them, but you can fill them up with primer, just remember to do a deep clean at night though.

        • Clean them..i just don't understand why/how they clog so much. Daily. Like a machine! Lol i thought it would clear up as an added bonus when i quit smoking but nope

        • +1

          @CheapskateQueen:
You need a chemical exfoliant/bha for clogged pores, the excess oil from your skin fills up the pores which then reacts to air causing a blackhead, you can scrub away at it but your skin will get irritated and make more oil. I use Paula's choice 2% bha liquid and it's boss and yea you can get $15 off your first order using a referral

        • @CheapskateQueen: I know exactly what you mean! I find facials help, you can even DIY steam and everything at home. My whole house (14 house mates) smoke like a chimney! I don't smoke but still get affected!

      • +1

Last time during the skincare bag offer, I bought Biore Baking soda cleanser, it has been more than a month and I am loving it (halfway through the bottle). It is drying because of baking soda but I use it only at night after removing makeup to clean my face and apply my toner and night cream (Garnier Night cream, that comes in a red jar) as normal afterwards. For me how it worked was, after a couple of days, I started to see my blackheads come to the surface slowly and steadily and my pores appeared smaller. A word of caution, it can be very drying so I don't use it twice a day, only at night

        • +1

Have you used the Biore coupon that came in the last skincare goody bag? If not, the coupon is for $3 off ANY Biore product and it is combinable with the 40% offer.

(Priceline tried to tell me it was only on the baking soda products that were pictured on the card, but the words on the case say ANY product.)

        • @JoFord63: yeah it was on any product, I bought the Biore soap with that coupon, costed me less than a dollar :)

  • Anything for topical eczema in 3yo kids?

  • +1

Finally I can buy Bio oil for 40%

  • Favourite fake tans? Any recommendations?

  • great time to stock on baby wipes and sudocrem

    • +1

baby wipes not included in sale this time :(

  • +1

For cleansers, I like the Aveeno Positively Radiant. It's great. I have success with Aveeno products in general. I also hear good things about Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser and the Natural Instincts cleanser, especially for dry skin.

But I tend to use micellar waters most of the time now, in lieu of cleansers, because my skin is weird. In my opinion, the best Micellar water is Bioderma Sensibo H20. Its pricier than the Garnier one but it is the better one over all. I use Garnier in a pinch because its great for the price but Bioderma is actually the one Garnier began copying (hence the similar look). It is better for my sensitive skin and improves the texture of my skin a lot so I always stock up on it when its on sale like this. That said, if you don't have skin issues then the Garnier one is still pretty great.

Don't forget to sign up to the club to stack the 20% off, too, and of course cashrewards might work, not sure.

  • +3

FYI Priceline World Square wouldn't apply the 20% off. So do your order online instead!

I bought my stuff in-store, came online and saw that the code still worked and rebought the stuff online. Time wasted, money saved.

    • +1

Thanks was waiting for someone to attempt using the extra 20% off storewide coupon instore.

    • +2

Just tried putting through my order, and the coupon code didnt work…?

Edit: nvm, forgot to log in.

  • +1

Just purchased online. 40% off sale; 20% discount coupon; 7.5% CashRewards. Saved $25 today — and potentially $32.50 if it tracks on CashRewards [often hit-&-miss for me]. Great post!

    • +1

Same for me - great deal!

Stocked up on all the stuff we use daily.
I've seen this deal before, so hopefully enough supplies to last until the next one rolls around.

    • And I just had my order reversed and refunded. Well… this is disappointing!

      • Same here - is it because of the stacked deals?

  • +1

Any way to pick up in store as opposed to paying $10 shipping? Trying to find a good daily moisturiser with SPF.

  • +1

    Don't forget cash rewards

  • +2

    Thanks OP

Bought the wife three lots of rosehip oil and sunscreen.

Ergo i have maintained my 'competent husband' quotient.

    :)

  • Looks like some fragrances are also 50-60% off too. I checked out of curiosity yesterday and I don't recall seeing sales on certain colognes.

  • +3

The promo code WWPLP20 for 20% off storewide does not seem valid anymore.

    • Yep, not working anymore

  • +5

Yay! Cheap water in a can! Only kidding. Still have plenty of free ones.

Here's my mini-haul: Bioderma 4-piece trial kit for sensitive skin + Biore pore strips + Nivea rescue hand cream + Lucas' pawpaw ointment.

Combined: 40% off + $3 off coupon from last goody bag + $18.12 points/payback from last quarter.

Total RRP: $35.00. Total actually spent: 74 cents.

  • +1

    Is this OK value? https://www.priceline.com.au/skincare/sukin-sukin-3-step-fac…

Thinking of giving it as a gift to Mum in her hamper.

  • +1

there was a sign at priceline World Square saying that they are not honouring the 20% off code anymore because of "fraudulent activity". Not sure if they're going to honour online purchases?

  • +1

    1) Hi, W/Square is my local store too! I didn't see the sign, but then again I didn't try to get the 20% off as I got a different voucher when I played the ski game. 2) I was going to try to use the $5 off Olay coupon from the Priceline Perks booklet I received last week, but at the last minute I noticed that it was "valid 1 to 31 Aug, excluding 2-4 Aug". 3) The Biore coupon from the recent goody bag was still valid though, and combinable with the 40% off.

Priceline is clearly on the ball when it comes to planning their promotions, and I bet there's going to be a backlash as a result of today's "ozbargaining".

(Edit: CS/Queen, sorry, I didn't intend this to sound like I was having a go at you personally. I just wanted to give you that info about the coupons, but ended up almost starting a rant.)

    • I think there might be a haircare sale on the 17th and 18th, can't think of why else the "free* Pantene conditioner" page says it's not valid on those two dates. But on the other hand, a haircare sale 2 weeks after the skincare sale seems too soon.

  • Any anti-ageing/eye cream product recommendations?

    • +1

      try neostrata eye theraphy, recommended

    Hi Mark

Thank you for shopping online with Priceline. Unfortunately, we have been unable to fulfil all the items in your order.

    • i hope they not cancelling all orders using 20% code, so far dont receive any cancellation email

      • yeh ive been waiting for an email..hoping it doesn't arrive. but if they do cancel, hopefully it's before the 40% offer ends

  • +1

My $480 worth of online order is canceled. I went to store and they are all sold out. I am lost now :(

    • +1

I face this all the time with priceline, it shows items in stock online (during promotion period) and after placing the order they cancel it, sometimes even after the promotion ends. That's frustrating because then I have to pay full price for those items
