Fo2 what it's worth the new 16 Disc edition doesn't contain the extended versions of the first 2 movies like the Hogwarts collection does. Also with this deal people have to take into account that the DVD's may be locked to region 2.

UK blu-rays are the same region as AUS, so go ahead and get this one instead!
This 2016 edition is only 16 discs - The Hogwarts Collection is 31 discs - and is def worth it!
I personally got a brand new ed from Cashies for $80 around a year and a half ago …UK Version you have linked is cheaper, but for the equivalent box set its about $112 delivered to Australia

I know you might suggest that it is cheaper to get the link you provided, however this item has more in it (the DVD's) and is comparable to the OP's deal, which makes OP's Deal cheaper if you want both DVD's and Blu Rays.
Edit: in saying that I was planning on getting this for my GF and the link you posted is a better deal if you don't need the DVD's. works out to $67.34 when paying in AUD (per their pay in AUD option).
Good idea, hate how they opt for sleeves instead of proper cases.
However, the 31-disc version is better, it includes the 3D versions as well, the 16-disc version doesn't.
Google Play has this bundle of 8 films selling for AUD $76.95. You can download all and watch offline anywhere.
I like this option. Most of the time we will watch a movie on Netflix even though we have the BLuray as it is the lazier option.
Ebay is around $80 for the blu-ray boxset

So basically Blu Ray Box set and DVD box set with some special feature disc.
Can you not still get it from Amazon UK?
Seems like the 8 Film, 16 Disk Blu-Ray edition is £40. Given the VAT and postage usually cancel out, that would make it ~AU$70.
If for some reason you really wanted Blu-Ray AND DVD, then the price for the 'hogwarts' edition is also ~$101.
