    I don't know if it's a pricing error

    Doubt it… it has a 30 Pin Charger attached…

  • +1

thanks. Bought 5. Good stocking stuffers.

    • +4

      cheaper to use tissues…

  • Discount code isn't working…

    working now…

  • ordered and paid via PayPal. Thank OP

  • ordered and paid via paypal too

noticed its not limited to 1 per order either

    • they probably just want to get rid of them… not much demand for a 30 pin charger…

  • i bought 5 thanks OP

  • I can't tell if this has micro USB

  • sold out ;) was quick

  • No longer in stock

  • Ozbargained!

  • damn…payment not working by any method for me right now

  • -2

bought 5 anyway. NO so sure what they are talking about 30 pins and USB

    • +1

NO so sure what they are talking about 30 pins and USB

It has a 'fixed' 30 pin cable attached for older iphone/ipads

    • +2

NO so sure what they are talking about 30 pins and USB

Well, I don't think it could POSSIBLY be more easy to understand.

It has 2 cables for power output. They are "USB" and "30-pins".

Simply looking at the product photo will make it 100% clear - see how it is connected to 2 phones?

      • Thank you for your clarification. It just means I can charge my phone with micro usb as well as 30 pins device(iphone, samsung tab etcz0

        • Contacted the staff through online chat. They said can't support micro usb.

        • Did you ask them why the photo shows it charging a Samsung phone with a micro usb and the description says -
"Suitable for multiple devices, including Samsung Galaxy Tab"

        • @ozlab:

By saying this how is the USB going to work? I don't think there is mobile charge of normal USB.

Oh well I bought it and if it is not as describe then I will fire a dispute.

        • +1

          @28Degrees:
You do realise the original samsung galaxy tab had a samsung 30 pin connector?

      • or it has an apple 30 pin output, a samsung 30pin output (which it would beed for the galaxy tab) and charges via the full size USB shown?
        either fits the description

  • Expired just now 1 minute ago.

  • :'( missed

  • now out of stock

KOGAN is full of *hit, they shut it down as soon as they saw traffic, another stunt to bring traffic

    • +14

to be fair it had over 600 clicks when it went out of stock, and considering that many people here bought 5, can't imagine Kogan had lots of stock of the ancient 30-pin powerbank.

But hey, hating on DicKogan is cool here, so screw them I guess!

  • +1

Had a couple in cart, wouldn't process to Paypal

Tried again - in cart but wouldn't process

  • Just got some 5mins ago seems to be working

    • Just got some 5mins ago seems to be working

      FFS

5 minutes ago when you got some, there was STOCK

5 minutes later (which is now) there is NO STOCK

      • Weird I purchased on my iPhone. I just refreshed the page now and still shows that it is in stock with add to cart?? Dunno I took a screenshot

        • +1

The stock level is jumping from Available to No Stock.

I kept adding item to Cart, then it wouldn't process payment coz No Stock.

I just lucked it and was able to process payment via Paypal.

Would be quicker if I had an account - you guys were Broganning them all while I was repeatedly re-typing my Delivery Address LOL

I doubt anyone still uses 30 pin connector.

My kids inherited our old 3GS's…

      Birthday presents now sorted !!!

      • Ouch, I hope you never did that last ios update - for their sake!

        • The phones are on iOS 6…

          Good enough to play games…

        • @jv: Not really. New compiled apps need a newer OS.

Limits you to games from several years ago and these will not be playable if th old games are updated.

Makes my iPod 4 touch a paper weight.

          Not really

Yes really. They've been using them for a couple of years now without issues.

it marked as out of stock.. but i was able to order one !

      Use the fREESHIP code

    • +2

Use the coupon code FREESHIP as stated in the post

    • Shipping is FREE today

    • Thanks for the code! I can't believe I missed that in all the excitement. Got mine!

  • +1

I was booted off Checkout 3 times, stock level zero. Just tried again and got some.

As zetakawa says - try, try, try and try again.

They are probably topping up[ the stock manually.

  • Just got 5, seems to have gone through fine

  • 35$ shipping to Melbourne suburbs kinda makes this not worth it.

    • Wait… the code worked after like 8 attempts.

      • +1

Wait… the code worked after like 8 attempts.

I had the same issue, the code took a while to register.

    • Use the coupon code FREESHIP as stated in the post

      • I tried to. It didn't work. After about 8 tries and a few minutes it finally worked.

        • The site is glitchy as hell.

I couldn't get it to enter Checkout after adding to Cart. Button did nothing.

Eventually I exited page and then a "Checkout Now" button appeared which worked. But going back to original page and the similar button for Checkout wouldn't work.

        • -1

@llama: Yeah it worked eventually. I bought three. I don't know why though - it doesn't have lightning.

  • -6

    Just bought five. Thanks OP!

      Ozbargain commandments #11:

Thou shalt not publically admit gluttony, as it bringeth forth Negs against thou from the righteous.

      • Are you gonna copy and paste your comment to the other users who stated the same in previous comments???? I really couldn't care less for the negs and I was persistant enough to click 5 times on the link, receive the out of stock msg 4 times and buy some at last!

        • +2

Hate the game not the llama

        • @outlander: real life advice right here

        • Are you gonna copy and paste your comment to the other users who stated the same in previous comments????

OI - I wasn't attacking you. I also had numerous attempts and eventually was able to buy a reasonable quantity for myself.

But as a long-term member I have learnt that there are some people here who like to brag about the bargains that they score, yet they get all butt-hurt if they perceive that somebody else was able to benefit more from a deal than they were.

Even worse… Some of the emotionally crippled babies here will have a full scale mental breakdown if they hear that somebody has purchased a bargain from here, specifically for the purpose of reselling it on Ebay etc at a profit. They consider this a crime far worse than rape or murder - it's a "crime against Ozbargain" !!!

        • @llama: that is all right mate, just a tough day at work. Btw, it won't go to ebay, most of the times I use a couple and then place the rest in the “will never use” box (just giving some rope to someone else who might want to have a go at me).

        • @stellaaddicted:

I buy lots of stuff like this for my teenaged nephews and other extended family. They get chucked in a storage box under the bed, and dragged out at Christmas time. I bought a heap of Varta powerbanks ages ago, and they went down really well with the kids.

It took quite a lot of explaining about why everyone at my work received an identical Toothpaste Roller for Christmas a few years back. I couldn't admit that it was simply a way of getting rid of my impulse purchases LOL.

So, I will be gifting most of my multiple purchases - had better charge them before storage or the Lithiums might die over the next 4+ months.

  • Can this be used to charge phones with microUSB or is it only 30 pin?

    • +2

      Both

    • Can this be used to charge phones with microUSB or is it only 30 pin?

Which part of "With USB AND 30 Pin" is confusing you?

      • Doesn't say "micro"

        • The phone on the left looks like samsung galaxy s3 so probably supports microusb.

        • Doesn't say "micro"

Have you ever seem a mobile phone with a full-size USB port as it's charging connection?

        • +1

          @llama:
It's possible that the charging port is mini USB instead of micro USB. HTC Touch Pro is one of them.

        • @llama:
I don't doubt that it's micro usb, but it doesn't explicitly state that and could even possibly be charged via usb (even though the picture indicates otherwise).
I was just rebutting your smartarse comment.

No worries, I understand. The banter here is what makes it all worthwhile :-)

  • Hey the price includes gst! Who wants to buy 300 of em and claim gst back next time flying abroad?

    • you then have to carry 300 of them with you and the customer need to check them 1 by . For $30 it may not worth it even ozbargainer

      • Yeah but imagine how much profit you can get selling them in China, where they were made in the first place

    • You'd have to take them in carry on as lithium batteries aren't allowed in checked in baggage. Then any significant number detected in your carry on luggage and security will be onto you.

    Missed out =(
