Seems to be a decent price (lower than the runout 4gb models at Officeworks).

Although the Air is now a bit outdated screen wise, a good price for Australian stock.

Go easy on me- first post.

Should note that this is the 2015 model, although it does have the 8gb of ram which effectively means its the same as the recent update which just upped the ram

  • you might want to put the price in the title

  • Sorry guys, knew I'd forget something! Thanks to whoever fixed it.

    • 13"

      • Cheers! Forgot about the smaller size

  • Is there going to be an updated model of this coming out anytime in the near future?

Next month. OSX beta now preparing for new model launch.

    • +1

Potentially… there is lots of talk about a new MBP… which if nothing else might put the current gen MBP lower priced and be a better buy.

    • Personally if you don't need it right now I would wait for a potential update (which will mean the model it replaces will be on runout prices).

    • One can only hope for a retina version

  • Good price. Thanks

  • What would be the MacBook equivalent of a SP4 i7 16GB in terms of performance?
    Thank you.

    • The only equivalent is the Macbook Pro 15" - RRP $3100.

      • Wouldn't a SP4 only have a dual core i7? If that's the case, then a Macbook Pro 13 inch should be similar specced with the i7 and 16gb ram from Apple

        • Yep, you're right. I missed that configuration.
At RRP of $3,439 for the 13" i7 MBP, makes all the more reason for to stick with the SP4.

      • OK, thanks.
Guess I will go with SP4 as its $1000 cheaper!
