If it is like the last deal, most staff will let you just have the discount as it is just as embarrassing for them as the customer to make them do the dance. Whatever they pay PR people to come up with such dumb-ass promotions is way too much.
They are probably doing it for the Facebook shares this will generate.
Nobody will bother sharing it for a regular discount because its not funny.
Just go up and ask for the discounted burrito. If they ask you to dance, explain how this is discriminatory against people who can't dance. Profit.
