A black and white scan of an 888 page PDF book. I used a random US address and phone number adjusted by a few digits. I suspect that this book isn't worth much more than free as everything in it can be accessed more easily using Google.

Mee too. I thought it was bible software.

  • In the beginning William Henry Gates III boughtcreated DOS. But that's not important right now.
Some time later, He created Windows, and it was pretty good, what with it's WIMP interface and all that. But then there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth, and the users did rise up and say "the windows do not overlapeth!" And so it came to pass (75 months later) that Windows 2 was released, and verily the windows overlapethed very nicely, thank you. But the users did rise up again, exclaiming "one work-of-the-devil-program doth stop others from running!" and so, in 1995 "Dollar" implemented preemptive multitasking and didst purchase and much play the tune "Start Me Up" and the people did rejoice.
Oh yeah, and much later Windows 10 was released.
