theres been several posts about getting returned from customs or not shipping in the first place (last month). maybe they are choosing different couriers now? cant anyone confirm they have got one recently.
Dunno why kingmoron got downvoted. Power Banks in China have been targeted by Chinese customs and most postal companies and couriers are rejecting them.

Just want to point out successful 'tracking' is not actually 'paying'. It will be in pending status for quite a while and anything can happen before it is available. How many of us have hotel booking 'tracked' and in the end got nothing…….

I had a purchase track through Everbuying, then had to refund it, and re-purchase. The re-purchased one didn't track.
Put in a claim a week ago and no response.How to complain?
I made a couple of decent size (e.g. $100 USD) AliExpress purchases a few months ago, wonder if it's worth trying to chase. My other purchases seem to have tracked properly.

I had 2 hotel bookings in January 2016 which were pending until a few days ago I decided to logged a support ticket
Got a response withing 24 hours, one of the bookings were pushed to approved and the other was declined as I used a coupon code other than the ones advised on cashrewards website.
I can confirm all (as far as I'm aware) purchases I've made through the CR/Ali Express link: https://www.cashrewards.com.au/search/aliexpress have tracked and paid. I make an effort to check my rewards balance daily.

I'm one of those that had issues with half of my cashrewards orders. Because most of them were small orders, I got sick of filling out the follow up form. The form requested all the same info that you already have saved in your account plus screenshots of the orders and other random details etc. The time it took per order for the form wasn't worth the effort for the actual minor cash back.
Eventually gave up and cancelled my account.The constant hit and miss affair wasn't worth the extra effort for me.

Still have one order pending from January (last time it was mentioned on here, one of the two was approved like an hour later - but the other is still pending). Another one from the other day has not tracked.
How they don't have a more reliable system, is beyond me despite all the feedback they get about things not tracking and payments pending for eternity.
Although 10% cashback on aliexpress is pretty good.
How does this work if you bought something today but it took 5 days to process on CR?

Going to ask a dumb n00b question here sorry - when i use CR/Aliexpress I usually save things in my wishlist, however when i click on the item in my wishlist, it opens up in a new tab. I take it this breaks the Cashrewards tracking part (or does it)? Is there an easy way to open it up in the same tab? The other option is search for the item which can be a pain sometimes.

Add to your wish list, when you are ready to buy, access aliexpress through cashrewards to complete purchase. the mobile app is not worth the loss of cashrewards
Huh? That wasn't my question - I never mentioned the app. Im talking about when using the desktop site and clicking from my wishlist, it opens the link in a new tab.
sorry was responding in a rush. the app isn't included in cashrewards, only through the website. as long as you're logged in because a new window/tab is opened allows purchases eligible for cashrewards
add to your cart, and then click the CR link again. That's what I do for ebay.
So it would be Add to cart > open CR link again > go to cartHmm i tried that once and it didn't track for some reason so didn't want to risk it, but i'll give it another whirl. With eBay i just click from CR and go straight to my wishlist and it always tracks.
It's always worked for me. I just do my shopping normally (adding stuff into cart), then close AE, and go to it again via CR, then just check out.

It takes some time (usually a few hours/days). You can lodge a request if it hasn't tracked your purchase after 7 days

No. You specifically need a Li-ION charger. Most of the time, they can be bought for less than $30 USD.
Some good examples include the Nitecore i2 2016 version, it's elder sibling the NiteCore Intellicharger D4 or the XTAR VC4

Also note cashrewards (and AliExpress) shitty conversion fees, you'll end up with around 7-8℅ of the AUD amount shown at AliExpress checkout.
i was amazed to see that my cashrewards tracking confirmation email arrived just 30 minutes after my aliexpress purchase this afternoon. Usually it takes at least a week or longer! Maybe Aliexpress have finally picked up their act in this regard?
