the 2nd link goes to BTTF1 (there seems to be a JB exclusive later release too) not BTTF2. and it's cheaper to get the bluray trilogy than buy 2 get 1 free. you also get a 4th disc. last time it was $5 cheaper @ $19.98 too

Meanwhile over at Amazon UK it's $22.72 AUD delivered for the blu-ray set (according to Amazon UK currency converter). There's also a Three Box Sets for £24 promotion.
