    Unless you're looking to use custom ROMs. Most seem to be for 'kenzo' (this deal). I'm not sure how many custom ROMs are available for the "Special edition" with B28 ('kate'), but more may come out.

    Redmi Note 4, without a Snapdragon SoC, likely won't have as much customisability. Difference between the Note 3 and 4 are quite minimal otherwise.

    Ah sad… No one wants it. No wonder though, myself wouldn't actually recommend getting this one anyway now that there's a good deal for Kate version.
    Might have to chuck the case into the bin :(
