Was looking around to see if there were any places for 'matchmaking' spotify users for family plans, as apparently no-one I know wants to either pay, or pay less, for spotify. Came across this:

    I'm looking to set a family account up so my daughter can get cheap Spotify. For $36/38 each, I'll set up a yearly account. Australian residents only please. I will set up an account that will be billed monthly to my account. At 11 months, I will have reminder sent to me and I'll ask members if they wish to continue. If they don't answer or say no, I'll try to keep the account together by finding a new member.

    If, during the course of the year, the price changes:

    If it goes down, I'll extend the subscription rather than stuff around and issue refunds.
    If it goes up, I'll shorten the subscription and notify people of the new expiry date.

    Obviously, pricing will be transparent because it'll be on the Spotify website.

    If you pay via my NAB bank account or PayPal friends and family transfers , it'll be $36 for the year.
    Pay via PayPal with a credit card, it'll be $38 for the year.

    Please just PM me, rather than post on here.

    Being a long time Ozbargainer, I have enjoyed multiple free Spotify memberships during the past months, however i am getting tired of registering new email addresses. So i thought to organise a Family Plan. Any like-minded are encouraged to pm me.

    How this works: Spotify offers $18 per month for family account (6 individual accounts). We will be prepaying for 6 months. That is $18 per person. AT the end of 6 months, I will send an email to everything and request for another 6 months extension.

    Payment method: Paypal or cash if you can meet me at 32 Power St, Southbank, VIC

    OK. I bit the bullet and started a family account. 5 free spots. $36 for 12 months. If price goes down Ill extend for however long is needed. Price goes up and Ill shorten it a little just so im not out of pocket.
