I thought the same thing when they first asked me to contract for them!
In Brisbane I was one of their contract drivers. Would often smash it out in under an hour… so the delivery window doesn't really apply.

It sure does apply when you order a fruit thing weeks in advance for your wife on your anniversary, and it doesn't turn up till 7pm.
By which time you're out at dinner for said anniversary so it sits on your doorstep getting brown and sad for a couple hours.
So instead of the knock on the door, wow what a nice surprise….
She gets a cardboard box at the front door at 9pm.
May as well just bought eneloops from dick smith.
Be aware their delivery window is a ridiculous 11 hours 8am till 7pm for residential.
Even if you order weeks or months in advance, you can easily end up being unluckly last on the delivery drivers list and they don't show up until 7pm.
Makes telstra's etc 'we'll be there sometime between 12-5' look downright reasonable.
