Oates Space Saver Dustpan And Brush Set $5.95 @ Bunnings Warehouse

150

was $13.85

Freestanding design saves cupboard space
Brush features in-built rubber blade and flagged bristles for optimal cleaning
Larger size pan with side ridges to effectively clean the brush and remove hair
Electrostatic properties in rubber edges attract and trap more dust and fine particles

I've had one for 4 years for regular indoor use and it's still going strong.

  • $13.85 for a dust pan and brush is a bit steep to begin with.

    Probably only work $5

    • I'd happily pay $10 for it.

  • i was at bunnings about an hour ago. i would've bought this if i had seen this earlier. i did spot polaroid branded usb printer cables on clearance for 25 cents.

I can't stand the rubber blade in these.

    • I really like it. More effective sweeping.

I'm more interested in your story, please continue. Who is she and what did she comment when you arrived?

She was a lady of the night, wearing only a dustpan and brush. When I arrived, she said that she had just come back from Blacktown and that I could sample her goodies for four dollars.

@kahn: Is this the story where it's really a dude and you are introduced to the joys of a really good quality dustbrush.

        • -1

          @kahn: she wouldn’t need a dustpan,she likes to get down & dirty.
Comparing this dustpan to a three dollar one from Kmart isn't a fair comparison.

  • I saw one at the Reject Shop, not quite as nice as this one but only $1.

  • yeah, not so flashy basic dustpan and brush set seen for $1 at Big W as well.

  • Bugger, paid full price for two of them not long ago.

  • "I saw different ones for cheaper!"

    Typically dumb Ozbargainers on patrol.
