        I think we need to start giving them some negative feedback on there ebay page! I ordered the black and they send me an email saying the phone should be shipped starting from Monday and still nothing to hear from them. Seems like they are holding our money in their account and earning interest for over a month and letting us wait for an unknown reason.

        iPhone 7 Plus 32GB matte black. Apparently it was collected from the Dick Smith warehouse on Monday night and is currently in transit between Hong Kong and Perth!!

        Hoping for delivery before the weekend.

          I ordered mine within the first 5min and still didnt get any notification about the phone. I left them a negative feedback and contacted them but still nothing :(

          @Bnjam3: I also ordered within the first few minutes - I never received a reply to my message to them, just the shipping notification after sending the message to them via eBay. I think that if you ordered the same model and around the same time, your order has probably been shipped and they have not bothered to send out the shipping notification.

          @luztra: Yeah i'm pretty much sure my order have been shipped but i'm very sad that i didn't receive a tracking number. I would rather blame Toll company for delaying my parcel, rather than blaming the very dodgy Kogan business which is destroying the Dicksmith icon.

          @Bnjam3: Unfortunately I would say they sold way more of the phones than they expected and were overwhelmed with the number of sales, but this is not an excuse for not keeping customers updated and shipping phones in a timely manner. Hopefully you will receive some sort of shipping notification, or your phone will turn up soon.

      Mine is still stuck showing in transit from Hong Kong. Do you mind sharing you tracking activity? Was it delivered to you from Toll or another contractor?

        It was delivered by Toll. For the tracking, check your PM's.
        Also, it did not show out for delivery when I checked this morning, so I was surprised when 30 minutes later, Toll knocked on the door.

    Still waiting for mine, tracking should be in your ebay purchase history. In their defense, they did provide an est. delivery date to be around first week of Nov but seriously Toll..

    Got my phone today :) Looks like new. Not sure why but the phone gets really hot when i was doing restore and installing some apps.

      Glad you got the phone. Yes, mine was hot setting up and I wasn't getting good battery life (which can happen when new due to indexing). I ended up doing a full restore (download image from Apple) and setting up as new and been fine since.

        Yeah finally got it! Toll guy didnt bother to knock the door and he decided to leave a card so i end up waiting him to come back at the collection point:\ The phone seems to work fine but still not sure about the battery life, will have to give it couple days before looking at different options.
