      • Guys we're just clarifying how its displayed on the statements. Its $10 inc GST less $4 discount inc GSt.

        This is displayed as $9.09 - $3.64 (ex GST)

    • asa79 - sorry this one is for new, it basically depends on the deals we're able to negotiate at any point in time. We did run for a 2 wk period a hot offer on the Apollo 10 that was excl. to existing

  • Hi a few q's:
    Do you support number ports?
    can i get a sim now, and port my number in a months time?
    are the specified call rates including gst?
    data is not included in the plan at all so 100mb = $45 outside of the cap?

  • Liveconencted..how about some deals with data included or option to 'upgrade' with data?
    BTW, as a prospective customer I have not had a response for 5 days through your online form when seeking answers to a few questions. Imagine if I had already signed up? Is this typical of the custoemr service provided (or lack there of)?

    • I could be wrong but don't think Endeavour plan inclues 18/13 cap.

    EVERYONE BE WARNED
    Do not sign up with liveconnected. I am an existing customer of them and let me warn you before you even sign up with them. Their billing system is a failure for me. For my first month, I was charged for data usage even though it was included within my Apollo 10 plan and I did not exceed my limit. The $5 coupon that reduced my $10 cap to $5 every month was not applied. After sending an email, They applied a $5 discount for me and still charged me the remaining amount even though it was acknowledged at the time in their return email that data usage should not be charged. Because I gave them my credit card when I signed up (compulsory), they charged me the remaining amount in full. And now I'm in my 3rd month, that issue has not been resolved and my 2nd month bill is due in 6 days and it's likely they are going to keep silent on this issue.
    They sent me an email to say they closed my initial enquiry about the excess charge because their has been no further comment and when I replied saying the data usage charge has not been resolved, they then said they would investigate. That is more than a month now!!!

    • Remember that you can dispute credit card charges. Just contact your financial institution and commence the process. Strict time limits apply.

  • also there is a compulsory credit card surcharge of at least 1.3%?
