      so am i, i've sent a complaint and this was their response:

          i'm contemplating asking for a refund and waiting for the core i3 ULV processors to come out but i reckon they'll be around $500 more expensive then this.

        Also be sure to ask them to generate a new invoice once it has been dispatched or until you receive the unit as the warranty is based on the date it was purchased and paid for.

    funny they mentioned the Dv2 in the review clip which seems superior to me yet discontinued so quick
