Yep - the 256gb version is a few pounds more … Integral 256 GB MicroSDXC Class 10 Memory Card for Smartphone and Tablet £12.98

Yes they ship to Australia … no I dont want to go through the hassle of a return …

    3 feedback - no thanks :)

OP you've bought the expensive 128GB version, from here you can get 256GB for only £12.98 around AU$22. At that price, it's too good to be true.

    here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Integral-MicroSDXC-Memory-Smartphon…

      • The reviews are so difficult to understand.
One guys complaining its missing 10gb (obviously a normal person knows that you dont get 100% of the space) and he is left with 117gb…..thats a review for a 256gb msd…huh

Which to me it's like using a software to fake the SD card into large volume, it should read/write okay until you exceed the actual size.

Mods - please take down least people throw there money at this scam. Look at the other 7 items they are selling - also waaaay too good to be true … although I do like how one of the reviewers (for a different product stocked by this mob) state:

"Don't trust this. This is most likely plain fraud as it doesn't even have the '"capacity can vary from 8GB to 256GB" in the fine print as some related products have."

    :)

    • I was about to buy x5 of the 256gb as my first ever purchase from Amazon. After reading your comment, I just bought 1.
Would refunds be a nightmare if there is a problem?

      • +1

Amazon refunds are not usually a nightmare from what Im told (havent had to yet myself) but shipping the product back - is it really worth your time and effort to chase up.

This is definitely a case of too good to be true. Id suggest use one of the many tools out there to check the capacity at a minimum and I like my data not being overwritten.

The price difference for the 256gb vs other retailers is nearly 10 fold.

You can get refunds without having to return the item.
There are lots of illegal services that abuse this by offering you the item at like 20% of its value. Although I would never use them, I dont even buy stuff off amazon because I am too impatient.

We really need to be able to neg for bad products…(eg. Cheap does not a bargain make)

  • My order has still not arrived with is still showing expectant delivery for 27OCT. There is no tracking (Royal Mail). Once it's with AUSpost, would there be tracking?

    • You actually ordered this?!
