You'll need to include the $1199 in your title. Right now it reads like you're selling both items for $250.

    damn that title got me

  • Title slightly misleading. Thought laptop + monitor is sellnig for $250.

In fact, laptop is $1,199.00 with ecoupon and if you add the monitor to the package it is $250, so laptop + monitor is $1,449.

No laptop with a resolution of 1366 x 768 should be that expensive.

    • +1

1080p is overkill for a screen under 13", But if you so insist, you can get a 1080p IPS panel for just $140 more

Sorry, should've been clearer. The deal should read: Save $500 off Lenovo ThinkPad X260 Laptop ($1999 Final Price) + Free 23" Monitor (valued at $250)

    • -1

      Hmmm no, no it shouldn't

  • 12.5" HD (1366 x 768) is a NONO , but upgrade is available which is great.
also, does it come with a HDMI cable or a dp cable?

    • You can choose to pay another $20 for hdmi cable or dp cable.

      • it is funny when you order a set of laptop+monitor, but no cables with connect them :D
is like the same when you other other lenovo desktop + monitor?

  • Is that 6pm Daylight Savings time. What about all those poor sods living in Queensland…

  • is 1366 x 768 (for the uninitiated) that terrible of a thing as some are making it out to be? if you're using it for your everyday browsing and computer tasks and not a hardcore movies or graphical design person?

Anyone know how much/is it worth it for the 6 cell 2nd battery to add on to the 3 cell built in?

    • +1

      Yes it is absolutely terrible.

      • what's the next above that, or 'decent' resolution then for a screen of that size - 12.5" or a 11"?

edit: not sure how I got associated with Lenovo - just a disclaimer that I'm not.

        • It's really the vertical space that's the problem, with only 768 pixels once you take out the windows taskbar on bottom, the windows menu on top, you have very little productive space left. I'd never go below 1600x900 for 16x9 form factor.

        • @demiurge:

sorry isn't that screen size you're referring to, whereas pixels is screen quality? or am I totally lost? haha. i.e. you could have 1366 x 768 on a 11" screen or a much larger resolution size couldn't you? i.e. the 1600 x 900 for the same 11" screen?
