DLink DSL-502T is an ADSL2+/ADSL2 router/modem, i.e. it provides DHCP and routing function, but only one Ethernet port (so plug into your Ethernet hub/switch to share Internet). Great price from SoldSmart — $44.95 (around $15 cheaper than the cheapest at StaticICE), which makes it one of the cheapest ADSL2+ modem around.
