    Im going to ask a likely silly question … but I dont see a strut or anything to mount the gear shift on in the photos … where would you place it?

    Its the bracket middle right in the photo. Mounts to seat.

    I already have the wheels and shifter and a different stand but was wondering can you buy the seat to hold the wheel and shifter on own?

    I have the playseat evolution and the G29. The centre post is the most annoying design flaw of the seat. It gets in the way while you press the pedals. No matter what you try, it always gets in the way. Even if you try and space the pedals out using the screws. You can even try brining the post closer to you but it still doesn't help because then it makes it awkward to steer.

    Racing rigs are usually quite expensive. This is a pretty good deal.
    I ended up building my own racing rig with a seat from a WRX :)

        Sorry man, the racing harness isn't for sale.
        And yeah, just some mild steel square tubing welded together to make it all one piece, and then I painted it matte black.
