  • Windows 7 Professional 64-bit preinstalled through downgrade rights in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

    What's that all about?

    • sounds accurate.

    • Probably includes recovery media to downgrade to Windows 7. HP often include Win7 and Win8.1/Win10

      • +1

Preinstalled means that it comes shipped with Windows 7 Professional already on the hard drive, and would include an upgrade installation disc if you want to use Windows 10 Pro instead.

        • -1

          That's what I meant/said.

        • +1

          @Clear:

Yeah and i said it comes with Windows 7 Pro already installed on the hard drive too. You only mentioned the recovery media.

The question is, which is better, Windows 7 Pro or Windows 10 Pro?.

        • -1

@hollykryten: Then you replied to the wrong person.

    • Business laptops and desktops usually have Windows 10 and Windows 8.1/7 preinstalled to give companies the option to choose which operating system they prefer.

  • Good price!

  • That's damn good price, even it only use the entry level H110 Chipset.

  • If you don't need another monitor, would this be a better deal?

    http://www3.lenovo.com/au/en/desktop-deals/Desktop-IC-510S-0…

Not much difference in specs, apart from an included GT730 (low end card anyway).
ThinkCentre vs IdeaCentre range - Is there any difference?

  • any chance of getting it cheaper without the monitor? dont need one

  • Would I be able to put a 1050 zotac 2gb into this?

    • Recommended 300W power supply . This only comes with a 180W power supply .
      Slot 1: Low Profile, PCIe 3.0 x16 (45w max)
      The 1050 has a TDP of 75W
I'm going to say no .
Possibly with a better power supply , So long as you don't don't have to have a proprietary Lenovo power supply .

      • That's poor. 180W power supply would struggle to power a modern graphics card let alone any thing else.

      • Oh well. Thanks

  • the free monitor is nice, probably worth a couple hundred (monitor is $330 rrp for similar model)
