They're crap. Dishwasher murders the print and it peels off. Also a very low quality mug, they chip way too easily (like, just being washed in the dishwasher like any other mug I have). I have purchased several and they're all just as crap as each other.
Verdict: Make one for a goof, nothing more.

Some have commented that the print never faded even after regularly using in a dishwasher. My experience is the opposite. I bought them from Big W. Not sure if HN is better or it's just that some batches are better than the others.
Purchased from both in the past, neither one has faded.

It varies, pretty much allow up to 10 business days (so, 2 weeks). Although I once ordered a canvas on a Monday and it arrived that Friday.

Pretty sure their terms and conditions that nobody reads mention not printing pornographic images. If it was an in-store print the staff might not care but giftware is made by Fuji themselves, you could try it but they're within their rights to refuse.

Just be careful with the direct link. The direct link takes you to a standard mug - whole image. I ordered one of these and didn't know that the layout was for the whole mug, so now my mug will arrive with the vertical image appearing in the centre (rather than me able to look at image while holding a right handed cup).
