  • Nice!! I bought it from scorptec for $199 a couple weeks ago and that was the cheapest then, even during the eBay 20% off (most on eBay were 250+ postage without the code applied yet).

    • Are they any good? I cannot decide on a pair of gaming headphones for PC.

      • They are one of the better wireless headsets available. I was actually looking at the at50 with the base/turtle beach elite 800 and steel series but their price point are just way too high (300 min if on special). They are slightly bigger than other headsets I have.

  • Thanks. Grabbed one for the young fella for Xmas.

Good deal, good headphones IMO. Picked mine up for 220 from MSY and been impressed with them since. I would say the sound can be a little 'tinny' I noticed when I had YouTube on but you wouldn't really listen to music with them and I haven't fiddled with the acoustics.
From what I remember, I had to turn on 7.1 setting in the software provided, just bear in mind.

    • I set settings for movie Nd they were fine, but in game and Skype they are great out the pack.

    • You can also just set the Windows speakers to 7.1 (and in fact game surround doesn't work if it's not set here with Creative products + headphones) ;)

  • The wired version has better sound, but f me they are a good headset. Maybe abit heavy for the above posters son if worn long time though.

I just don't understand why headsets need to have LEDs. It's on your goddamn head, you can't see it.

    • Makes sense, especially for 50% longer battery life

Increased … er … gaming performance!

  • Hi, not sure if this is against forum rules, but i have bought a pair of these for sale.

Bought it exactly a month ago, and find little use for it. Hence would like to sell it if anyone interested here is in Perth and missed the deal.

Paid 220 for it and find it to not suit my use as i always forget to charge them. If interested could PM me with your best offer.

    Cheers!
