Well reviewed, classic gazebo. Best price I could find at the moment. Time to get ready for summer!

Purchased it yesterday and got the email to collect today (in WA).

Sale price is $209.30
Click Frenzy Coupon takes it to $179.30
Cashrewards @ 4% brings it down to $172.13

Shipping is quite expensive for this bulky item, so C&C is the way to go.

Note this gazebo doesn't typically fit in most boots, unless you can put down a seat (works ok with my centre seat down)

  • anybody know where to get a 3x3 roof/cover besides rip off redmond?

hmm ebay seems to be ~$50

  • $179.90 every day at Great Escape Camping in Rocklea. And they recommended the Coleman ($175) has it has a better rating in strong winds ("up to 100km/hr" written on the cover) - which I ended up buying.

  • Are these recommended to be used in backyards at all? or are only to be used for camping for few days?

    • You can use them in the backyard just fine, but don't set and forget. The canopies aren't made to be left in the sun for extended periods of time. :) ~ Paul

    • i would not use it as a long term structure but these are great for camping.

  • We have had a couple of these in the family for years. Definately worth the deluxe model over the standard, much more sturdier and stronger build.

Keep it tied down properly in wind and these will last a long time.

  • Anyone wanting a cheaper alternative. I found this last night on Click Frenzy … Only $59.99 + Postage and it comes with walls.

    • High chances, this might just fly away. Am sure fellow Melbournians will agree!

    • I had a Boab non "deluxe" equivalent to the Oztrail and it failed pretty quickly - quy ropes just disintegrated after a while and because it lacked the additional roof supports the whole thing bent and ended up snapping in light winds after about 18mths of use. Hence was recommended to go for the deluxe Oztrail. Had a look at the super cheap ebay and click frenzy options and they all screamed warranty claims and being stuck without shade midway through a holiday :)

    • not even in the same league.
linked item looks like poles then need 4-way connectors in the corners - equivalent of putting up a tent, time, frustration, etc.
OP item folds down in concertina action - erect in 1 minute.

  • Same code also puts the Standard gazebo (http://www.bcf.com.au/Product/OZtrail-Standard-3x3m-Gazebo/2…) at $165.30
Standard gazebo might fit in most boots as it's only 135cm wide when folded

  • I own this exact one and just got back from camping with it last night. I have owned it for 3 years using it for a few trips a year. it is very well made and ive never had an issue with mine. it come with awesome super heavy duty pegs that will go through concrete and the cover fixes really well to the frame as well. I am a keen camper and i recommend this
