This is the response from our Dell poll here — looks like $75 off Ultrasharp monitor received the most votes. So now we have it —

Use the above coupon code when you purchase a Dell Ultrasharp monitor to get $75 off discount. Ultrasharp are NOT TN panel but IPS panel with real 8 bit colours and wide angle viewing so please do not compare them :) Some are happy with TN panels for the things they do (i.e. me), but some prefer IPS panels (especially those work in graphics design). Expires by the end of financial year (1 July 2010), and "selected models" only.

Now the tricky part is on which selected model it is. I have been told that it does not work with the U2711 — it does not make sense to use this anyway because the regular 15% off coupon code LSSJMT7WKCXVV5 (found here :) gives you better discount. So $75 off pretty much works best for lower range monitors. Moreover,

• DOES NOT work for Dell 2209W
• WORKS for Dell Ultrasharp U2211 (down to $223.99)
• WORKS for Dell Ultrasharp U2311 (down to $273.99)
• There are better coupon code for 24" Ultrasharp.

  Hmm, a bit disappointed actually. Maybe it's a bad time for this coupon as there are other coupons with better discounts also active at the moment (for higher-sized monitors).

  Edit: With the coupon for the U2410 no longer working, using this coupon results in a higher price as it cancels out the current discount on the U2410 (currently 20% off from Dell)! :-(

    Indeed that with EoFY there are many competing offers. But I guess it might still suit some if they are looking for smaller Ultrasharp monitors. It's hard squeezing more discount from Dell, but they said that they will run something similar for the consumer space AFTER EoFY (as oppose to small biz). We'll see whether they can give something better to the OzBargain community.

      Yes, still a good discount if you are after smaller-sized monitors (Eyefinity anyone?).

      Thanks to GerrardLFC, also found the code for U2410 still works but you have to use it in the Home section rather than SMB.

  U2211H appears the most suitable for me — best value, with a brighter and (possibly) more regular backlight. (I've held out for S-PVA deals from Samsung for far too long now.)

    The contact that I got (Sam from DGM) said the coupons expired on 1 July. Here is the Terms and conditions. I know there is no point to buy on the 1st unless you are really planning ahead for next FY :) If I am buying I won't take the chance though, knowing Dell does stuff up promo code sometimes.
