SONY MDR-1000X - Bluetooth Headphone (Cream/Beige) or (Black) Colour, $498 Shipped @ Addicted to Audio

140

Edit: Sold out.
You can still order but stock will arrive mid December.

Clear Winner compared to Bose QC 35 in term of Audio Quality, except in Dual Simultaneous Bluetooth Connection.
Already did a deep long research pre-purchase & purchased both of them, tried them myself. Most reviewer & youtuber also said that Sony win in term of Audio bass quality and elegance of Touch Pad Simplicity (Controlling the Volume,Skip & Play )

Found this via staticice.com.au while comparing the price, sneakily hidden. Decent bargain considering the early release, only couple or 3 sell this and they sell it at RRP $699 , definetely way overpriced compared to $399 amazon price.

Dont forget to claim 10% TRS Off, for those who bought the Airfare bargain ticket in the last couple weeks :p & will travel overseas.

First Sony MDR-1000X deal only available at black, but AddictedToAudio sell the Cream colour as well. Hmmm… Cream, D'ohh!

$498.00 was $699.00, I dont trust Sony as much as Bose

As someone who has the Bose QC35s, Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 and Sony 1000x, I can honestly tell you everything about the Sony beats the QC35s except on comfort (according to some people). But as someone with a small head, it never bothered me as other people. The sound quality on the QC35s are not as good as the Sony's and Sennheiser's. But the noise cancelling on the Sonys are better than the QC35s and Sennheiser's. Not to mention the features on the Sony compared to the other two.

      Just my two cents :)

This may be true but price also has to be factored. Considering I picked up my QC35s for $360 bucks, for an extra $140 I would expect the Sonys to be superior

      • Thinking of buying between this or sennheiser momentum wireless, which one do you think is be better?
The sennheiser currently have a promotion $100 cash back, I can do price match at HN $597 plus $3 item with Amex offer end up about $297 (after cash back and 2 Amex $100 offer)

        • Was in same situation, ending up getting m2 for $300. I'm sure difference won't be worth $200, and m2s get good reviews too…

        • The sound quality on Momentums and Sony are very similar. If you're not too much into the noise cancellation feature, then Momentums will do. But if you love not hearing your surroundings, the Sony's are worth that little bit extra.

    • Have you went to JB Hifi and actually tried it and comapre it? sound abit fanboyish
The Audio quality is pretty pretty pretty pretty……. pretty good

I think Bose aint that bad, If you always receive important call, message and nontification like a businessman you are, I would go with QC 35 as it allow sulminetaous connection.Very convenient.

Other than that I think Sony did a good job compared to Bose who just copy paste their design from QC 25 and just put some bluetooth adapter + battery inside.
