      500 GB would probably get you 8-9 games nowadays. PS+ games fills it up quite quick. I went for the 1tb cod. I got sick of deleting games every month to make space.
      Probably gonna sell the game so it's not that much more expensive

          I prefer physical media, but even so. You usually have to install the game into your HDD anyway. Most AAA games are 50GB+

          @aycnrz: Same, as there is no sign of NBN, physical media will be more reliable delivery method.

          @StiffHindQuarters: It takes many hours to just download updates sometimes. Can't imagine how long I'd have to wait for a whole game to download.
          That said, I managed to sell the COD game from the bundle for $85, so I only paid $15 extra for the 1TB PS4.

    Aside for this deal, which i plan to trade in at EB, when trade in your console, do you wipe everything on your old console with HDD or just give it to them?

      Depends what you are trading with EB games ???
      You can normally get much better prices selling on EBay or Gumtree than dealing with EB.

      If you don't wipe everything ? EB should before they sell what you have traded.

      Yep. That 'new', lighter version came out back in September. There is also the Pro version that came out a fortnight ago.

        The XBOX 1 Storm Grey bundle deal is up - have updated the post.
        Their pricing seems all wrong on the initial page - but I can confirm I added the bundle and the ROTR game to cart and it was $319 all the way up to before payment

    Guy in front of me in BigW convinced staff that price was for the 1Tb PS4. Got it for $299. Then another guy who overheard walked up and said he wants that deal too. Both walked out happy.

          @His_Holiness: I once found a copy of Unreal Tournament for the PS3, scanned up on the shelf scanner as $4. I figure "why the (profanity) not" and go to the counter, middle age lady scans it, shows up as $4 and she presses a few keys, the price is suddenly $30.

      I ordered my 1TB COD MW bundle ($399) just after midnight, got confirmation email @ 8:30am, my CreditCard was charged, I waited all day for "come collect" email, it never came, walked into store at 4:50pm, it was there waiting for me to pick up. hmmmm

    I grabbed a catalogue from the Prahran Jb HiFi, it's got the 1TB slim for $299.
    Probably an error, I didn't ask them about it, just grabbed it as I walked past.
    No idea if they'd honour it.

      Yes it's a misprint, they are sending out apologies, corrections, etc.
      I tried to pricematch at BigW but the manager called up JB so deal was off, oh well, got the 500GB for $281 (6% RAA discounted Wish card) so I'm happy.
