That's no good. Someone else on the previous page had Click and Collect issues too. I didn't have any trouble getting my order fulfilled for Click and Collect at Westfield Liverpool (they sent me the ready for collection SMS about twenty minutes after I placed my order); the guy was a bit lost in finding my order but he found it and then the Store Manager came by to finalise the collection process.
Maybe it depends on the store and the training the staff from that store have had on the new system and process.. It did get sorted out at the end after 1/2 day of back and forth, the manager from the store called and told me they didn't have the case in stock but he gave me 3 six packs of that and 2 six packs of another beer.
my experience was the opposite. it took 4o mkn to order as some storex did not carry my wishes. put the order in and 15 min later order was ready and pickec up in 40mins.
not bad service that isa week old on my order.
Yes similar experience, they cancelled my order due to an error so lost my Amex discount altogether
On the flip side, I ordered 20 minutes ago and my order is ready to be collected, so it can go both ways
I believe this deal has now expired, maximum number of uses exceeded for the voucher.
Never mind, just need to log out and check out as a guest.
Just placed my order today for a Glenfiddich 12. Down to $40 with this and AMEX ($55 at Dans). I clicked PayPal by accident and the PP window opened, and I was like CRAP CRAP CLOSE!!! closed it.. nothing appeared to happen, so I put it through as CC AMEX transaction and there's only one order processed. Lucky :D

Just did an order (and my first), entered the 5OFFNOW coupon, it shown as $5.00 off in the total, committed to the sale and bang, order and bank account shows full amount….$5 didn't come off :( Fail

Very bad experience with BWS C&C.. Ordered Tuesday and still no SMS Saturday.. Called up store, they said they can't find my order or he didn't know how to check.. Called up BWS online they said according to them it's already been picked up! Ridiculous.. If the back office is not ready for C&C why offer it?
