Hey guys, just letting you know only selected BWS stores are available for Click & Collect. BWS is slowly rolling it out to all stores :)
Also there is a 25% of all wine in 6 bottle purchase which starts tomorrow which would stack great with these deals. Here's the BWS catalogue specials starting tomorrow too :)

Prices at BWS are dearer compared to Dan Murphy's or 1st Choice, that's true with almost everything I looked at, BW & S. The 25% off wine will make some of them cheaper in comparison.
Yes it is a very competitive marketplace. The 25% wine special coupled with this code and AMEX deal will make for some great specials though. Will work on making a post of some ripper bundles :)

$70 a litre is not bad at all locally, though if you're headed overseas/ coming back soon one of my favourite buys at Sydney duty free is the $100 1.75L Hendricks bottle, or roughly $57 a litre. Or if you're flying out of Singapore, even cheaper at just over A$50 for a 1L bottle!

Yes, make sure that your partner's card number is different from yours. I believe that some banks issue the supp card with the same number.

I just checked the price of JW double black. 69-5-15= $49 with Amex. It is $47 at Dan's. Factor in Wish cards and cash rewards and BWS is still way too expensive for some items.
Some unfortunate OzBargainers like myself live in a State with no Dan's (or First Choice) and BWS is our only choice. So deals like this are very welcome

I am surprised Tasmania doesn't have a Dan's or First Choice yet. I guess they will open up in time. You guys have some great local wines and beers down there, recently tried Pirie and was very impressed :)
I don't think Woolworths are in any rush to bring Dan's here because BWS is already the dominant bottle shop across the State. A First Choice would be welcome though - currently the only alternative to BWS are overpriced local chains.

@tassieeagle: Oh that's surprising that you don't have a Liquorland. I guess you guys might pay a slight premium for transportation but that's no excuse for a lack of competition. Hobart/Launceston are pretty big cities and could probably justify a First Choice/Dans.

I would double check the Amex offer first, but on the page it says as long as you spend $50 on BWS online through Amex over one or several purchases then you will receive the cashback rebate.

BWS has had an online website for awhile but only just started offering Click & Collect in the past few months. Plan is that nearly every BWS will offer Click & Collect by end of 2017 :)
