Actually this company is pretty good with their timeframes and responses to emails. I have purchased quite a few items ranging from prints, photobooks to canvases, christmas tree decos and these purses and am happy with the quality. BTW my kid's grandparents just loved them!!! FYI cooperdog while they are a US company they are actually made in Hong Kong, so the postage time is normally a little less.
