  • Little disappointing considering the Lattisima plus red is $269 on their website: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/nespresso-delonghi-lattissima…

Yeah now that you point it out :) Went straight for the Pixie last deal as how do you beat $90 for a Nespresso machine?

Picked Pixie over Inissia as Pixie doesn't use as much plastic the Inissia.

      • Whats it gonna cost me when I sell the milk frother!

        • would be keen to buy the areoccino frother off someone for $25 :)

If you are about to buy one, the pixie is a much better unit compared to the inissia, save yourself some trouble and spend an extra $10.

    • This guy is alleging that, apart from subtle differences in the look and desing, there is no much difference between the two machines except the price: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7mkZGD1v1q0

Do you think he's just chatting sh!t, and you're sure that the Pixie is a lot better?

      • +1

Inissia is predominately plastic, while Pixie has more metal.

I guess metal = better? lol

Read about the differences over here:

        • Yep! Have just seen another review that has touched some other interesting points that the one I've posted above didn't.

        • @AussieDaddy: oh have they changed the policy? I thought the policy was they do accept it if the eBay store has a bricks and mortar store.

        • @Ultraman: First of all, sorry that I've edited my post above lol. I've seen that you'd answered my question below, so I had to change it.

And to answer your question, I think I've seen (in unrelated sale. I think it was about the Chromecast) someone saying that TGGs stores and their eBay stores somehow have different systems/policies, or something along that line. They were selling the Chromecast slightly cheaper than the stores were, and I had those store credits and asked if I could use them on their eBay store. That's how I came across that info. But this may be different, or the same, not really sure. Hope someone who knows this will clarify it.

@Ultraman: I've just realized in the OP that you have to submit your cashback claim with Nespresso so I don't think there will be an issue in that case. I've initially thought that you get the cashback from TGGs.

      • +1

Well, how about you get a cup of coffee and calm down? If you think it's the same then take an inissia.

        • How about you realize that issue has already been resolved by the OP, and bubble down your shark attack, Bubbleshark?

        • +1

@AussieDaddy: lol pondering if bad troll or just stupid

        • @Bubbleshark: OK, just relax, mate. Haven't realized that a joke doesn't translate well on the net. Jeez!

      • He was saying for $10 more getting a better build quality one he didn't say the coffee is better from pixie.

  • If I want a regular sized cup of coffee, the Latissima Plus is the right one to get?

    Breville Citiz and Milk, 299 * 0.8 - 70 = 169.2. How did you end up with $129.2?

    • Oops, nice pickup. I just copied and pasted from the previous post, they have probably jacked the price up since then?

  • Also the Nespresso BNE600RCH Breville Creatista Royal Champagne $699 before cash back and 20% off.

A bit expensive but it comes with a proper auto milk steamer.

  • Does the cashback apply to their eBay store as well, or just in-store purchase?

    • +1

Yes I bought it via eBay last time. Picked it up in store and got the tax invoice that I scanned for proof for the cash back.

      • Thanks

      • Hello. Have you claimed the cash back? How long did it take to be deposited to your account after approval?

    • You will get an invoice from TGG.

Thanks OP, just bought the Pixie. Can't go wrong for $90.

  • Thanks - Also bought the Pixie.

The Latissima Plus has been pulled from the ebay store.

    • ta, updated.

  • The Latissima is back on the ebay store, $225 after cashback

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/NEW-Nespresso-DeLonghi-Lattissima…

    • OP initially reported that it would be $209.20 after cashback & 20% discount, so did they jack the price up or something?

      • OP posted red one for $348 (before cashback + discount), new listing is silver and $369 (before)

        • Oh! The difference in price is due to the color eh? Hmm!
