  • Time to stack pringles. Thanks TA

Just be aware these are the half size 53g containers :)

    • +1

      They've shrunk.

      • +5

Go get them at The Reject Shop. They are the original full americana size

        • +1

or NQR (VIC) - 3 flavours available - Sour Cream, Sweet Chilli and Extra Chilli. All made in USA.

        • +1

I saw the full size at a City Convenience store but it was about $6…

        • Thanks for this, I wouldn't have thought of trying them; bought some of the Xtra Kickin' Jalapeno Cheese today. YUM.

      • +4

        they also taste terible now.

    • I haven't had Pringles in ages so the "full size" Salt & Vinegar pack I got last week on spesh at Coles was WTF'ing. They have shrunk heaps. The tube, the chips, half empty, everything!

  • +3

Good to see Google Play cards at 20% off again so soon after the last time. Hoping this trend continues instead of the usual 10%.

  • Thanks TA :)

  • This is interesting

    Oak Flavoured Milk 2L $3.80

    Has anyone tried this before?

    • +2

That's not a bargain. Wait until the end of the day for short-dated discount stickers (under $3).
It's just a flavoured milk brand eg chocolate and strawberry

      • +2

Haha, I thought it was milk flavoured with Oak! (like wines in oak cast). Thanks for clarifying.

        • +2

          Now that would be interesting!

2lt for less than $4 for flavoured milk is cheap. A 600ml can cost upto $5 at servos.

        • That's because:
          a) 600mL sizes face a convenience premium (usually more expensive than 2L)
          b) servos are always a rip

        • -3

@Fobsessive: my original comment till stands, didnt actually ask for reasons why smaller sizes are more expensive ;)

        • @MelbBargainChaser77: However smaller sizes at a servo still shouldn't be a price benchmark for supermarket 2L, due to the differences in their nature.

The strong iced coffee, iced coffee and caramel flavours are delicious. I dont do chocolate strawberry vanilla or banana that they come in.

    • Personally I dislike it but I've grown up on Farmers Union sugary milk so maybe it's that.

    • +1

Drinking the coffee flavoured one now. It's not too bad.

    • I swear they used to be $1 to $1.50 a litre but I guess inflation.

  • Thanks so much, look forward to your posts

better when these supermarket deals are sorted into categories, just saying.

    • +31

Please feel free to post one up anytime :)

    • LOL… keep your receipt Sage :-)

  • Can you buy the Google gift cards online as egift cards?

  • Does anyone else find it funny that the coffee costs four times as much as the kettle?

    • What's funny about it?

      • I mean funny as in… weird… turns out it's kettle chips anyway, not a kettle that you boil water in. :P

    • AHAHAHAAAA ROFL XDDD!!

    • I laughed at first but it's Kettle CHIPS not a kettle appliance :P Coffee usually costs more than chips.

      • OH. I'm so relieved. Thanks for clearing that up lol

  • How does Sara Lee ice cream fair against Connoisseur?

    • +1

Quality-wise, I think they are comparable.
Although, different people will go for one or the other, based on the flavours they like.

I was just going to say, "for e.g. I like the salted caramel, and Sara Lee doesn't have it", googled, and found that Sara Lee now has the salted caramel! Guess I have to get one and compare it with Connoisseurs and see.

    • WARNING: Do NOT try the Ultra Chocolate Sara Lee i/c. You will not stop!

      http://www.saralee.com.au/our-products/ice-creams/ultra-choc…

      • I've had trouble eating straight up chocolate ice cream without it tasting too sweet.
For e.g. Didn't like the Connoisseur Belgian Choc or Bulla Creamy classics Choc chip.
Although the Sara Lee Choc looks promising.

    • Not even close.

      • Which ones have you tried?

    • I'll try to try them out this week and report back.

But connoisseur salted caramel cookies and cream and some others are hard to beat

  • You had me at Raffaello. These are my all time favourite guilty pleasure.

Tins of Roses for $10? Awesome I'll grab 3. Christmas presents for my mum and step-mum and one for me to ruin :)

    • +3

      Are you my grandma?

      • +3

        Why don't you call anymore?

    • oooh! I will get some for grand too :D /noted

  • +2

So much cheap rice. Every week now. I'm stocked for another year.

  • Zif no telstra $30 sim packs for $5!

  • +1

Is 20% off Google cards for the play store a good deal these days? I heard you can't use Telstra sim recharges anymore.

    • +2

Better than nothing. I haven't gotten a survey in months…

      • Thanks

      • You need to turn on location services. Every time I visit a Bunnings or a Harvey Norman or whatever I always get a survey.

        • I do have Location History (high accuracy) and GPS on, still hasn't given surveys these last few months.

    • They are unless you know of a better deal you're not sharing?

  • All of a sudden the google play cards are now attractive because the old Telstra freedom plan is gone

  • +3

Lots of the goodies here are CHEAP!! Wow!! But don't forget the savings you get here will be paid for in your thighs :P unless you're buying for others :x

Cadbury Roses Tin at $10 is a steal

    • The M&Ms are the cheapest they are usually discounted too.

  • 20% off Google

Does that come to $1,954,451,208 then?

  • TA,Are Coles no longer on Cashrewards ?

    • +1

That is correct. As of Nov 9, Coles pulled the plug on Cashback partners. We're hoping they'll reverse this in the near future :)

      • Thanks.
