https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FmuHqQxbiuQ I have a special place for the build up to the producer's tag in this track (it finally comes through at 0:24 but he teases us by withholding it for a few bars) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fTUIT-E3oYQ

I used to think it was "no(pe)" not "ho" (like he was going through some amnesiac identity crisis, or had some tic finishing his sentences with "no?" to make sure the audience is listening) but the consensus is that it is definitely "ho" (though not articulated well at all).

The best one, I've bet you've heard it before https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

Tinashe - 2 on, kid ink - show me, jeezy - r.i.p, yg - my n*gga, big sean - idfwu, ty dolla - wavy etc pretty much shaped the hip hop radio/club sound for the past 3 or 4 years.

        • Funny names. They should just use their real names instead of their gaming names.

  • Actually the keyboard seems to be k12 . Not k25 . I don't know what the difference is but worth checking out properly .

    • its's listed incorrectly, i was in store today and can assure you it's the k-25m in the package

      • Thanks boss ! For a layman like me with an interest in music and lots of enthusiasm for my kids to learn new skills , would this be a useful gadget around home ?

its mostly a MIDI controller so if you want to have a keyboard type controller that you can use to play musical notes on any music creation software on PC/Mac/iOS this will connect to those and allow you to send the corresponding notes to that device. It also has a built in sound engine that you can use to make and play sounds but it's monophonic (1 note at a time) and it's 8 bit style sounds (chip tunes, old video games)
For somebody not that into audio production i guess it would be a great unit to control musical phone apps over bluetooth which just for that alone is worth the money as any other type of bluetooth MIDI device would be as if not more expensive

    amazing find, philk!!

  • Great thing to have a play around with, wish I could play chords on the fly with it but the 8 bit sound engine is pretty cool (even though the modulating touch sensors take a bit of getting used to, I prefer 'scrolling'). I will also have the fond memory of Jules (presets) going "what the hell is that?" while checking it out.

  • Thanks for the deal! I'd just started looking through methods of making chiptune sounds without emulators/original equipment and this popped up!
Order arrived and the packaging was excellent. Very satisfied overall.

Slight head-scratcher: I wasn't expecting it not to come with a micro usb cable.
