    It is cheap but this is a skin only. If you don't already have battery and charger this is useless for you

    An impact DRIVER has more torque than standard drills and are typically used for driving bolts rather than drilling holes.
    An impact DRILL (or a drill with a hammer function) pulses the drill head in and out for drilling into masonry or brick.

    This model looks like it might function in both capacities.
