      Don't support Band28 either….. but I got some anyhow. :-)

      • Doesn't even come with an AMEX rebate either.

    • No! No they're not!!

Does that mean I am in trouble with the Eneloop mafia?

You're dead to them now so they won't reply.

No problem accessing the page without membership.

    • Are you able to complete the purchase?

The email I received called them ClubTed Exclusive Offers!

Also, I think the free shipping is only for Club Ted's members…

      • Yes, I bought one and asked for pickup. It's too late for Christmas shipping anyway and I don't mind picking up.

OK. So I updated the description to make note of this. Thanks.

  • Some reviews on Amazon.

Cheers OP, grabbed one. There's gonna be quite a shock when they come back from their break.

out of stock while i had it in cart.. piss

  • Omg I had it in the cart and applied the code and then out of no where out of stock 🙄

  • Just got a call. Apparently they don't have stock, but they'll be sending me an Inca one that apparently does the same thing. This was the closest I could find on their website. Doesn't really do the same thing if it's only lithium batteries and doesn't come with any batteries. Oh well. $2.45 and I get a surprise Christmas present, I only bought it because it was cheap. It could also be something that isn't on their website.

    • They also called me and said it is exactly the same as the Hahnel and does come with batteries as I specifically asked, so most likely it isn't the product you linked. Will have to wait and see I guess…

    • Mine got delivered today can confirm it comes with two batteries, original price tag states $19.95.

  • Mine were delivered today - hahnel charger with two low self discharge NiMH AA 2100Mah batteries. Batteries pre-charged, although there is a note on the packaging stating that they should be recharged "if not used by 2007" so might need a top up by now. Ahem. Also, they are a "product of Hahnel industries, Ireland". So, Irish batteries, to be sure.

FYI Looks like one of these (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hahnel-Digipal-Synergy-AAA-Batterie… or https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hahnel-Digipal-AA-Synergy-Batteries…)

    • Amazon reviews from 2009-10😀

Picked up mine today. A clue to why it's so cheap may be found in the instructions: Recharge if not used by end 2007. Hahaha. The cells measured 0.8V. I'm surprised they even had a voltage. We'll see if they can be charged. If not at least I have a charger. Cute flip out design which reduces the length in storage. Handles both AA and AAA sizes, not at the same time.

Interesting that it was made in Ireland, but the parts are almost certainly from China. Also don't try to use it in a 110V country, the input spec is 240V, so just won't charge anything on 110V.

Retains 75% of charge after 1 year - not even close to Eneloops, but will do at this price.
      500 recharge cycles.
10 hours to charge - so fast in 2005😯

      Measured batteries - 1 was 0.8V, the other 0V.

I wonder what other ancient tech Ted's had in storage for 10+ years?

      • Recieved mine today. Can't complain for $2.45 shipped even though it's ancient tech 😂😂.
