Had a terrible experience using the previous code this week. SMS confirmed one order ready, called to check if second was. They said no stock, and the order they had stock was subject to a processing issue. So they could not release the goods. I'd allowed 5 days but needed the beer for a Christmas party/presents.
I called a number provided, and they sounded very confused. They explained one order was cancelled and refunded (I received no notification) and the other should be fine. I told them to fix the issue with the store, but they couldn't guarantee. I then cancelled both orders. Disgusting first experience with C&C at First Choice. Hope your orders are processed properly!

Probably because you used the code multiple times on the same day. Happened to other people as well. FCL remove the code because of this.

Pretty much had the same experience as you. Being made to feel like a idiot and a fool when I turned up to collect before telling me my order was cancelled by head office without any email or confirmation of cancelation. Was assured my card would not be charged even though it was "pending" only to find out that they did charge my card yesterday. They don't seem to be interested in replying to my emails regarding this mess either. Guess its time to call.

As opposed to DMs C&C which is pretty much flawless. Except some issues with their website and app clicking "chill" and it not being processed as chill.
Website error, but the manager has tried his best to rectify with me - I did some troubleshooting with them. Apparently quite a common issue. He sees my name and chills anything he feels he should chill - regardless of whether or not the order has processed right. Even calls me to check sometimes… Polar opposite experiences
Ive had almost similar experience's with DM as well. Flawless in comparison to last choice.
