Actually varies by council. In my area, council prefers to target compliance rather then enforcement. So in my area council have to issue notice of inspection first. With this deal you would simply deflate the pool. There is no breach. Oh and make sure your bucket, if it is full, also has a fence around it.

A place I work at had to fence their pool from their water frontage. The only way to get to it from that side is through the water, all this to say that the rules aren't perfect and sometimes common sense is better.

Think this is normal price, but it's still a great deal.
I bought one a few days before this post - and have used it with my little son for the past 3 or 4 days.
It's great for the price and the right size for young kiddies, probably good for up to 3 or 4 years old. Adults can of course sit in there too and it's big enough to lie down in etc.
Don't flip flop around on this deal, just dive straight in, or you'll feel like a fish out of water, once the stock drys up after a flood of flippen crazy shoppers who also fishing for a bargain.
